About Waterlillie Clark Ltd
Waterlillie Clark Ltd is a garden design, landscaping and maintenance business based in Plymouth, run by Luke, a horticulturist and garden designer. The team includes Sam, an assistant manager and landscaper, and several gardeners and horticulturists. The business has traded since 2010.
The services listed are garden design with consultation, surveys, analysis and landscape drawings; garden maintenance covering mowing, strimming, pruning, lawn care, hedge trimming, tree work, bed and border maintenance, pressure cleaning, clearance and winter services; and landscaping including fencing, decking, paths, patios, terraces, raised beds, borders, planters, turfing and seeding.
Waterlillie Clark works across Plymouth and beyond into Devon and Cornwall. The design process starts with an initial consultation where the team visits the property, listens to the client's ideas and gathers details through a design questionnaire. A site survey follows, with measurements and notes on existing features. Preliminary sketches explore different concepts, and the client is consulted at each stage. Once the final masterplan is complete, a 3D model is created to show how the space will look, and estimated costs are provided. For construction and planting, the business uses an approved list of contractors, or handles smaller projects itself. The team makes regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
