About GP Garden Services
GP Garden Services is a garden maintenance and landscaping business based in the Crews Hill area of Enfield. The company was formed in 2004 and now employs over 50 staff members. It offers regular garden maintenance on a weekly or fortnightly basis, garden tidy and clearance sessions, paving, fencing, decking, lawn turfing, artificial grass, sheds and garden buildings, driveways, ponds and water features, jet washing, timber treatment, lawn care programmes, shed and garden building maintenance, garden electrics and lighting, and firewood sales. Tree surgery is also listed among its services.
GP Garden Services works across Enfield, Grange Park, Winchmore Hill, Barnet, Southgate, Palmers Green, Hadley Wood, Chingford, Cuffley and Goffs Oak. The business holds a waste carrying licence and is fully insured for public liability and employers' liability. All vehicles are systematically checked and serviced, and carry maintained first-aid kits. Green waste from jobs is shredded and processed at a local biomass plant for sustainable energy conversion. The business also recycles tree waste and concrete items.
GP Garden Services works for private households, schools, businesses and other organisations on both one-off jobs and regular contracts. It has connections with local tradesmen including plumbers and electricians for non-garden work. Firewood is dried and seasoned for a minimum of two years and hand split, sourced locally in both hard and soft wood varieties. The company is a limited company and sponsors North Enfield Cricket Club and Enfield Town Football Club.
