About Green Onion Landscaping
Green Onion Landscaping is a landscape gardening business based in Stockton-on-Tees, run by Andy Smith. It designs and builds gardens across Stockton, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Yarm, Hartlepool, Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire. The business carries out garden construction from groundworks through to planting and maintenance, including artificial grass installation, brick walls, composite and timber decking, driveways and block paving, garden fencing, patios and porcelain paving, turfing, water features and wildlife garden ponds. Tree surgery, stump grinding, garden drainage, jet washing and garden lighting are also listed.
Projects range from smaller improvements such as garden clearance and tidy-ups to complete garden transformations. Each garden is planned to suit the available space and how the customer wants to use it. Groundwork is prepared carefully before artificial grass or turf is laid, with compacted aggregate sub-base installed to provide strength, stability and drainage. Patios are built in porcelain or sandstone, and decking is installed in timber or composite materials.
Green Onion Landscaping was founded in 2006 by Andy Smith. The business has grown through word of mouth and recommendations, with many projects coming from returning customers. Andy personally oversees projects from enquiry through to completion. The business also supplies summer and autumn to spring hanging baskets and handmade Christmas wreaths. Free quotations are available for garden maintenance, hard landscaping and most garden improvement projects.
