About Dodds Fencing & Sheds
Dodds Fencing & Sheds is a family-run sawmill and timber business based in Stockton-on-Tees, serving Teesside since 1963. The business supplies fencing panels, timber posts, concrete posts, gravel boards and gates, along with sheds and timber garden buildings such as summerhouses. It offers free fence estimates and installation through a network of approved local fitters.
The business operates from a 1.5-acre sawmill site with storage, display space and a fully equipped sawmill for processing round timber. Customers can visit the display area to view sheds and structures, order online or by phone, or use the free fence calculator to plan materials. Fencing and shed installation is available, with free local delivery on orders of £99 or more and free delivery and fitting on all garden sheds and summerhouses where stated.
Dodds covers Stockton, Middlesbrough, Billingham, Hartlepool, Redcar, Ingleby Barwick and surrounding areas across Teesside. The business was founded by Bill Dodds in 1963 as a working sawmill supplying timber to local industry. His son Peter continued the business, and it later diversified into garden fencing panels and timber buildings. Dodds Fencing & Sheds remains family-owned, built on generations of sawmilling experience and strong supplier relationships. The business operates a fleet of delivery vehicles providing fast local delivery across the region.
