About Bristol Garden Club

Bristol Garden Club is a landscape construction company based in Bristol, founded in 2018 by Jake Vye. The business creates gardens across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas, specialising in garden design and build, patios and paving, driveways, garden fencing, decking, retaining walls, groundworks and drainage, and complete garden transformations. Services include porcelain paving, natural stone patios and clay pavers, block paving and resin driveways, closeboard and contemporary slatted fencing with bespoke gates, timber and composite decking with steps and raised platforms, and brick, block, natural stone, sleeper and gabion retaining walls. Garden clearance, excavation, foundations, levelling, concrete bases, soakaways and drainage are completed from the ground up.

Jake trained under garden designer and botanist Gareth Edwards on historic private estates in the South West, then completed his Royal Horticultural Society Level 3 qualification at Bristol Botanic Garden. He worked on landscape projects with former BBC Gardeners' World presenter Nick Wray. Bristol Garden Club is the landscape contractor for Bristol Botanic Garden and the University of Bristol.

The business is an accredited member of the Association of Professional Landscapers, the Horticultural Trades Association and TrustMark. In 2026, Bristol Garden Club was awarded an RHS Gold Medal at the RHS Badminton Flower Show and a People's Choice Award. The business works with homeowners, garden designers, businesses, universities, property managers and public gardens.
