About York Vale Fencing Ltd
York Vale Fencing Ltd is a family-run fencing business based in York, founded in 1987 by Bill and Julie Ashworth. The company supplies and fits security fencing, mesh panel systems, chain link, razor wire and barbed wire for commercial and agricultural use. It also installs sports fencing for tennis courts and pitch enclosures, livestock fencing, estate fencing with post and rail or close board timber, and pedestrian railings, crash barriers and acoustic barriers.
The business offers fully automated electric gates in wood and metal, including swing gates, track gates and manual gates, operated by keyfobs or infra-red beams. York Vale Automated Gates was started in 2005. The company holds contracts with National Rail and Yorkshire councils, and works across Yorkshire and nationwide.
Jobs begin with a site visit to discuss the fencing system required. The business supplies materials and carries out installation, and maintenance contracts are available to keep products in good condition.
