About SJS Landscaping Limited
SJS Landscaping Limited is a hard landscaping business based in Great Wyrley, run by Saul Spencer. The business has traded for ten years and carries out patios, driveways, block paving, fencing, security posts and full garden landscaping across Walsall, Cannock and the wider West Midlands. Materials used include porcelain slabs, Indian sandstone, concrete posts and sleeper walls for retaining structures.
Jobs start with a free site visit to measure up and check access and groundwork requirements. A fixed price is quoted before any work begins, with materials and skip costs included. Patio work uses a proper compacted sub-base with correct falls for drainage. Block paved driveways are built on a dug-out and compacted base, with the business's own digger and dumper on site for larger jobs. Fencing includes storm damage repairs, and security posts are set in concrete foundations. Sleeper walls and site levelling are carried out for sloped gardens and split-level projects.
The business covers Walsall, Cannock, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Willenhall, Rugeley, Penkridge and Brownhills, roughly a 15-mile radius from base. Saul Spencer holds an SSSTS supervisor certificate and CPCS tickets for digger, dumper and roller operation, so groundwork is carried out by a ticketed operator. The team is small and hands-on, with Saul and one or two others on site, so customers deal with the same people throughout each job. Most work comes from repeat customers and referrals.
