About Richard Adam landscapes

Richard Adam Landscapes is a landscaping business based in Ipswich. Richard has over 20 years experience in the industry and studied at Merrist Wood College in Surrey from 2002-2004, achieving the National Certificate in Landscape Horticulture. The team consists of skilled landscapers and apprentice learners who have been personally mentored by Richard.

The business provides consultation and design services, hard landscaping, soft landscaping and garden features. Hard landscaping includes patios, decking, steps, walls, fences, paths, driveways, retaining walls and raised beds in materials such as natural stone and porcelain. Soft landscaping adds plants, new turf, hedges and vegetation, with irrigation systems available for maintenance. Garden features include pergolas, outdoor kitchens, bar areas, summer houses, sheds, gates and bin storage made to individual specifications.

Richard Adam Landscapes carries out project management for all aspects of the work, including materials, workmanship and site management. The business regularly works alongside electricians, carpenters and garden designers. Initial visits gauge requirements and understand the customer's vision for small patios through to large complex projects. The business works with a variety of suppliers and stocks samples to show different colours and textures.

Richard Adam Landscapes is accredited by the Association of Professional Landscapers, the Horticultural Trades Association and the Trustmark scheme. The business covers the Ipswich area and creates gardens ranging from small patio areas for entertaining to large-scale complete transformation projects.
