About Paradise Gardens
Paradise Gardens is a landscaping business in York that designs and builds gardens for domestic clients. The services listed are driveways and paving in Indian sandstone, utility paving and block paving; fencing and decking in softwood, hardwood or plastic; planting and turfing; and timber structures including pergolas, raised beds, planters, bin stores and garden gates.
The business covers York and surrounding areas. Driveways and patios are laid on a proper subbase excavated to the correct depth, with paving set on a full bed of wet concrete mix. Pointing is done by hand, and paving is sealed with an acrylic-based sealant. Decking is built on substantial framework using the correct fixings, and all timber is tantalised. Fencing posts are concreted in the ground to a decent depth. Lawns are laid on properly prepared areas using quality topsoil and laid level. Drainage systems can be built under lawns to keep them useable all year round. Planting schemes are chosen for each garden space, and specimen trees, shrubs and new hedges are planted with appropriate compost or feed and room to grow. Lawn edges can be finished with stone setts, blocks or bricks.
Paradise Gardens has been trading for 16 years in landscape construction. The business is fully insured. Gardens are designed to suit each client's needs and intended use of the space, whether for entertaining, family time or relaxation. A fixed price quote is provided after the initial consultation, so the price is known in advance.
