Wightwick Manor sits inside the city, on the bank above the Bridgnorth Road. Thomas Mawson was brought in by the Mander family in 1904 to lay out the garden and came back in 1910 to add the south terrace. Clipped yew is what holds it together, formal beside the house and looser the further out you walk, and the whole garden is on the national register at grade two.
