About Murphy's Ground Maintenance Ltd

Murphy's Ground Maintenance Ltd is a grounds maintenance business based in Leicester. It provides commercial grounds maintenance for schools, care homes, business premises, industrial estates, retail sites and managed outdoor spaces. The services listed are grass cutting, hedge maintenance, garden planting displays, bed planting, tree felling, tree reductions, tree surveys, deadwood removal, robotic lawn mowing, winter gritting, ice prevention, snow clearance, site clearance and storm damage repairs.

The business covers Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Rutland, Rugby, Coventry, Northampton, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Nottingham and Newark. Work begins with a site visit to discuss requirements, maintenance priorities and access. Following the visit, routine grounds maintenance is covered by a fixed monthly retainer for core services such as mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, leaf removal and weed control. Work outside the agreed service is quoted separately before proceeding. If a customer remains dissatisfied, the agreement can end with 30 days' notice.

Murphy's Ground Maintenance is run by Luke and his team. The business is ISO Certified and invests in robotic mowers to reduce maintenance costs. For winter maintenance, the team monitors weather forecasts and provides gritting before temperatures fall, alongside ice management and snow removal. Recycled waste materials are used where possible. The business works with estates managers, facilities managers, landlords, property owners and operations managers across commercial and public sector sites.
