About Hattons Fence Repair
Hattons Fence Post Repair is a fencing business in Cambridge. It repairs rotten, leaning and broken fence posts using concrete spurs, and it also carries out fence panel replacement, new fence installations and repairs to all timber fencing. The business specialises in fence post repair and has expanded to offer a full range of fencing work by popular demand.
The repair process involves digging to expose the damaged post to a depth of two feet, preparing the post to secure galvanised carriage bolts, and attaching a concrete spur made plumb, true and level with concrete post mix. The concrete cures within fifteen minutes, leaving the fence solid and secure. The business states that nine out of ten fences can be repaired, and for those beyond repair, complete replacement is carried out. Each post repair costs £89 or less, with a discount to £79 per post for three or more posts. The price is fixed and includes all materials and labour.
Hattons Fence Post Repair covers Cambridge and surrounding towns and villages. The business works seven days a week from 07:00 to 19:00 and can be contacted for same-day replies to enquiries. It holds full public and personal indemnity business insurance with Hiscox Insurance. The concrete spur method is described as the industry standard for securing fence systems and offers decades of use, making it more cost-effective than complete fence replacement.
