About Hardman and Cain Ltd
Hardman and Cain Ltd is a fencing manufacturer and contractor business based in Bolton. The firm has been trading for over forty years and makes fence panels, gates, concrete posts, gravel boards and trellis from sustainably sourced spruce timber from FSC certified forests. It also supplies nails, screws, hinges and professional-grade fencing tools. All timber products are treated by dip treatment or pressure treating, known as tanalising, to preserve the wood and increase lifespan.
The business serves homeowners, trade professionals, builders' merchants and contractors across Greater Manchester and the north west. Fence panels are handmade by craftsmen in a variety of standard and made to measure styles. Services include domestic and commercial timber fencing, steel fencing and agricultural stock fencing. Customers can collect panels, have them delivered or choose supply and installation. Fencing repairs cover replacement of individual components such as panels, posts or bases that have become damaged, and storm damage repairs and replacements are offered.
Hardman and Cain Ltd provides free face to face or telephone quotes. The business manufactures and sells directly to the public, and offers dedicated support for trade professionals and builders' merchants. Concrete base panels and posts are available, and gates are made from timber. Security fencing is provided for perimeter protection. Customers can visit the premises in Lostock to view products.
