About Dr Green Tree Care Ltd
Dr Green Tree Care Ltd is a family-run tree surgery business based in Lisburn. The business carries out tree pruning, tree removal, stump removal, woodland and vegetation clearance, tree planting and hedge maintenance for domestic and commercial clients. It also provides tree survey reports and operates a 24/7 emergency call-out service.
Tree pruning follows BS3998:2010 standards. Tree removal is carried out for dead, dangerous or unwanted trees. Stump removal grinds down stumps up to 300mm below ground level. Woodland clearance removes overgrown trees, shrubs and dense vegetation. New trees are planted and maintained for two to three years. Hedge maintenance addresses neglected hedges that have become difficult to manage.
Dr Green Tree Care covers County Antrim, County Down, County Armagh and North Dublin. The business was founded in 2019 by Chris Tucker, who is the managing director and a climber. Ashleigh Tucker handles client relations and administration. The team includes Isaac Walsh as lead climber with six years in arboriculture, Matthew Reain as a second climber, trainees David Allport and Jack Ferguson, Reuben O'Rorke with previous gardening and tree service experience, and contract climber Kyle Taylor with over 20 years of global tree surgery experience. Dr Green Tree Care is fully insured to £10 million and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 approval. Free quotes are offered.
