About AM Fencing
AM Fencing is a small independent fencing business based in Abingdon, serving customers across Oxfordshire. It has over 30 years of experience supplying and installing wooden fencing, gates and providing fencing repairs. The business offers closeboard fencing, palisade fencing, larch lap panels, horizontal Siberian larch fencing, chain link fencing and post and rail fencing. Heights range from 3ft to 10ft depending on the style chosen. Wooden gates include pedestrian tongue and groove gates, pedestrian gates, pairs of tongue and groove gates and diamond brace field gates, all handmade and made to measure.
All fences are crafted from timber and can be custom-built to specific measurements. Closeboard fencing is built on site using posts, arris rails, gravel boards and feather edge boards. Horizontal Siberian larch is handcrafted using individually selected components. Fence posts can be made from timber or concrete, with post savers available to prevent rot at ground level. Trellis panels can be added to enhance appearance and support climbing plants. Counter rails with top caps are offered as decorative features.
The business also provides garden clearance, waste disposal and tree work services. Repairs are carried out to extend the life of existing fencing. Gates are supplied with all necessary fittings. The team provides advice on choosing suitable designs and materials for each project, combining durability, functionality and visual appeal.
