Alltype Fencing Specialists Ltd

About Alltype Fencing Specialists Ltd

Alltype Fencing Specialists Ltd is a commercial fencing and gate installation business based in Basildon. The company installs security fencing systems, mesh, palisade and railing installations, and manual and automated gates for construction projects, operational sites and managed estates. It works with main contractors, local authorities, building consultants, schools, hospitals and transport operators across the UK.

The business was established in 1992 and has grown from back garden fencing in Essex to large-scale complex projects nationwide. Most installers are directly employed by the company. Work begins with a scope review of drawings, specifications, access and site constraints before pricing. A quotation is issued with clear assumptions and exclusions. Pre-start coordination covers programme, access, RAMS and interfaces with other trades. Installation is carried out safely and efficiently in line with site rules and access constraints. Works are completed, snagged and handed over in line with agreed documentation.

All projects are assessed in advance by NEBOSH accredited health and safety managers to ensure work is undertaken to agreed safety standards. The company has worked for the London Borough of Havering for approximately 15 years on contracts including schools, public buildings, cemeteries, parks and playing fields. Recent projects include installations at City of London School and Chipping Ongar School.
